Hemorrhaging Brain (contains alcohol)

• 2 Shots strawberry schnapps
• 1/2 Shot Bailey's
• 1 ds Grenadine

Pour the schnapps into a lowball glass. Pour Bailey's right into the middle and then a dash of grenadine (it's just a dash of red color to look like blood).

If poured correctly the Bailey's clumps together in the bottom of the glass looking like (you guessed it!) a brain (sort of).

The grenadine is the "hemorrhage."

Romulan Ale (contains alcohol)

• 1 Fifth Bacardi
• 1 Fifth Blue Curaco
• 2 litre Sprite or 7-up

Mix all ingredients. Chill for approximately 3 hours and serve.

Glogg (contains alcohol)

• 1 ts Finely Shredded Orange Peel
• 1 Inch Stick Cinnamon, Broken
• 1 Whole Clove
• 1 Cardamom Pod, Opened
• 1 3/4 c Sweet Red Wine
• 1/4 c Whiskey
• 2 ts Raisins
• 1 ts Honey
• 4 Whole, Blanched Almonds

Tie orange peel, stick cinnamon, whole clove and opened cardamom pod in cheesecloth.

In a 4-cup measure combine wine, whiskey, raisins, honey cheesecloth containing spices

Micro-cook, uncovered, on 50% power about 6 minutes or till heated through, but not boiling.

If desired, cover and let stand at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours to develop more flavor.

If wine mixture is allowed to stand, micro-cook, uncovered on 50% power about 6 minutes more or till heated through, but not boiling. Remove cheesecloth. Serve in mugs. Add some almonds to each mug.

Hot Buttered Rum (contains alcohol)

• 2 tb Brown Sugar
• 4 ts Butter Or Margarine, Softened
• Dash Ground Cinnamon
• Dash Ground Nutmeg
• 1 1/2 c Warm Water
• 1/2 c Rum
• Lemon Slices (Optional)

In a 2-cup measure stir together the brown sugar, butter or margarine, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir in the warm water.

Micro-cook, uncovered. on 100% power for 3 to 4 minutes or till steaming hot. Stir in the rum.

Serve in mugs. Garnish with lemon slices, if desired.

Nuclear Waste (contains alcohol)

• 1 measure blue curacao
• 1 measure Bailey's Irish Cream
• Top up with one pint lager

The end result is a sort of greenish-brown liquid with scummy bits floating in it and a THICK layer of scum on top. Tastes wonderful, though, especially if you dunk chocolate bars in. (These are referred to as Control Rods, and the bar of preference is a Toffee Crisp, if only because the crisped rice pieces start floating around in the drink and making it look even nastier)

The nuclear wastes I've seen mix blue curacao and orange juice (and vodka). Turns everything a very nice shade of fluorescent green.

Aphrodite's Love Potion (contains alcohol)

• 4 Ice cubes
• 1 1/2 oz Fine Brandy
• 1 ds Angostura bitters
• 5 oz Pineapple juice
• 1 Maraschino cherry
• 1 Thin orange slice

Combine the ice cubes, brandy, bitters, and pineapple juice; stir. Garnish with cherry and orange slice.

This hasn't failed yet.

Gorilla Sweat (contains alcohol)

• 2 oz White or Gold tequila
• 1 ts Butter
• 1 Whole clove
• 6 oz Boiling water
• 1 Stick cinnamon

Combine the tequila, butter, clove, and boiling water in hot mug. Pour and stir with cinnamon stick. This is a hairy one!

Woo Woo (contains alcohol)

• 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
• 1/2 oz Vodka
• 1 1/2 oz Cranberry juice
• 1 1/2 oz Orange juice

Serve on the rocks.
